Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to The MidTown Bistro, 1st Floor, Central Plaza,Seth Pukur, Jessore Rd, beside V-Mart, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700124.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to The MidTown Bistro, accessible from https://themidtownbistro.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

◉ From Company point of view, an order processed via credit card and cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product.

◉ The amount will be reversed back to the customer. The transaction shall reflect in the next month credit card statement of the customer.
