◉ This Registration or Online Order or Table Reservation, ensures you an agreement to the following terms and conditions
◉ Home Delivery orders are accepted only when the customer’s delivery address falls within the permitted delivery zone of the designated The MidTown Bistro outlet.
◉ When the above is not satisfied and the Home Delivery Order cannot be placed, the Customer may choose to ‘Take Away’ (pick up) the order from the The MidTown Bistro Barasat outlet.
◉ Home Delivery timelines may not be guaranteed on special days (political gatherings) and holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Ganesh Chaturthi, Vijayadasami & Christmas. The MidTown Bistro reserves the right to make changes to this list from time to time.
◉ Home Delivery may be temporarily withdrawn under conditions deemed unsuitable for the delivery personnel to deliver orders.
◉ The MidTown Bistro reserves the right to withdraw Home Delivery services with Payment – Cash on Delivery to any customer and enforce Cards payments, UPI, Net Banking only
◉ From Customer point of view, orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled either online or via call.
◉ From Company point of view, an order processed via credit card and cancelled due to non-availability of the ordered product, the amount will be reversed back to the customer. The transaction shall reflect in the next month credit card statement of the customer.
